Angelica's Organic EVOO — a family tradition

Our grandmother Angelica had a saying: the best meals aren't just made, they're shared. She was the kind of cook who used olive oil in everything and could tell you where her olives came from. We wanted to make something she'd be proud of.

We use 100% organic Arbequina olives, grown in the USA. If you've never tried Arbequina, they're smooth and fruity with a golden color. They're great drizzled over roasted vegetables, spooned onto crusty bread, or honestly just used for frying eggs on a Sunday morning.

We don't cut corners. The olives are cold-pressed the same day they're picked, and the result is an oil with high polyphenols, low acidity, and a flavor you'll actually notice.

This started as a family project and that's still what it is. We just want to make good olive oil and share it with people who care about what they put on their table.
